YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS AND OPTIONS IN THIS LAWSUIT

DO NOTHING

Await the Court’s decision whether to approve the settlement. Be bound by the result.

If you received a collection letter from and/or were sued by Brachfeld Law Group on behalf of Midland, you may be eligible to receive a portion of the settlement fund if the settlement is approved.

By doing nothing, you keep the possibility of getting money or benefits that may come from the settlement. But you give up any rights to sue Brachfeld Law Group on your own about the same legal claims in this lawsuit.

ASK TO BE EXCLUDED BY MAY 26, 2023

Opt out of the settlement. Get no benefits from it. Keep rights.

If you ask to be excluded, you won’t share in any of the money recovered in the settlement. But you will keep any rights to sue Brachfeld Law Group separately about the same legal claims in this lawsuit.

OBJECT

If you do not exclude yourself from the settlement, you may object to the settlement or class counsel’s request for an award of attorney’s fees. Any such objection must be filed with the Court on or before May 26, 2023, and served on the attorneys in this case, postmarked on or before May 26, 2023.

Your options are explained in the Notice. To ask to be excluded, you must act before May 26, 2023.
